Beginners:
Guiding the students into stillness through
movement. I teach the basic poses in a gentle and simple
way. Explaining the key points and refinements.
Along with the benefits that can be attained from each pose.
The underlying goal is always to bring peace in movement.
Peace in stillness. Allowing the gentle arisings to
surface with grace and acceptance.
Advanced Students:
Explaining how to refine your yoga. How to
bring it into energetic alignment through principle movement,
and change. Physically students will explore the
traditional yoga poses allowing themselves to change the poses
into new offerings that bring greater awareness within the body.
Thereby creating new patterns within the body, mind, and your
practice. Discover and align with your inner flow.
Becoming your own guide and follower.
Advanced Student Requirements:
Basic to Advanced knowledge of your physical
alignment, which you use in the newly created yoga poses to
explore and find new ways to breath and relax from the
challenging poses.
